Workshop on ‘Resilience towards Flourishing’ at Cardiff Medical School

It was a pleasure to visit Cardiff Medical School to deliver a talk and workshop on transitioning from resilience towards human flourishing in medical education. The session emphasized the importance of shadow work and embracing the human dimension in clinical training.

Starting the day with a cycle ride from the station to the hospital set a reflective tone for the discussions ahead.
